Our Kauai Vacation Rentals in Hawaii are in four quaint plantation-style cottages, built in the 1940's and lovingly restored over the last 6 years. Each house is beautifully furnished and thoughtfully appointed for self-sufficiency and comfort. Small groups of up to 14 guests are easily accommodated for meetings, retreats and family gatherings. The large living room of Ohana House is a favorite group meeting spot. You will enjoy your vacation in our luxurious Kauai Vacation Rental Cottages. Fern Grotto Inn is perfectly situated for easy exploring of Kauai. Within a 30 minute drive there are over 10 beautiful beaches. There are also numerous Kauai State Parks. Also a short drive will take you to two beautiful waterfalls. These cant be missed as they are breath taking. Being located on the Wailua River it is the perfect place to go kayaking. The river takes you to a water fall that is only accessable by kayaking and a short hike. Our vacation cottages and rentals are within a very short distance of numerous restraunts and shopping stores.

You will also enjoy the uncrowded, sandy beaches of Lydgate Park and Wailua Beach, just a five-minute walk from your cottage and it is a three minutes drive to the breathtaking Opa'eka'a Falls. Our Vacation Rental Cottages are a beautiful, secluded Hawaiian retreat, perfect for honeymoons and family vacations seeking that perfect Kauai getaway.

Surrounded by state park land on all sides, Fern Grotto Inn is situated in Hawaii's largest coconut grove near the historic Coco Palms Resort. Centrally located in the town of Kapaa, on the East side of the Island, Fern Grotto Inn is a short drive to all of Kauai's beaches, hiking trails, historic sites as well as to either end of the Island.
